A fusion of modern elements and classic elements has transformed this run down workers cottage into a stand out commercial office space.  The owners raised the property, concreted the land area for increased parking and applied matrix board to the front and rear facades.  Rochele Decorating was then engaged to assist in interior and exterior colour selections, balustrade design, interior kitchenette and bathroom design and finishes, and selections for windows, flooring, front battens, and interior and exterior door hardware.

In determining the colour scheme, colours were chosen that supported the modern, urban feel of the city fringe property.  However, what sets it apart from the rest and makes you want to take a second look at this property as you drive by, is the rust effect product that was used on the front facade.  The rust effect is framed beautifully by solid black, and contrasted on the walls by a stoney grey and greyed off white.  The overall effect is neat and confident!

Simple, perforated balustrade adds to the urban undertone. The rose gold front door handle injects a  “bling” factor and welcomes you into a fresh clean interior. Stay tuned for photos of the kitchenette and bathroom which will be the envy of many commercial office spaces!!!
